Fill and Submit the PAN Query Form. Within 24 hrs You will receive an email indicating that what are the documents required for your PAN Card Correction according to your query.
Make ready with all the documents mentioned in the email. Then Stick the photos in the PAN Correction form attached in the email. Pattern PAN Correction form is also attached in the email to know where to stick the photos and to be sign on the PAN Correction Form. Please do not fill anything other than Photo and sign on the Pan Correction Form. All other details will be filled by NSDL PAN Centre. Make payment by clicking the PAYMENT link mentioned in the email.
Once you done the payment you will receive another email in which the address will be mentioned to where you have to courier the documents. Send all the documents and payment proof by reputed courier to the address mention in the email.
You will receive the PAN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to your email within 24hrs from the time we receive your application.
