Major Applicant (completed 18 years) just need to paste the applicant photo on the PAN form and need to sign on the photo and in the 2 boxes as shown in the pattern PAN Form. In case of Minor Applicant (not completed 18 years) they also need to paste the applicant photo on the PAN form but RA need to sign on the photo and in the 2 boxes as shown in the pattern PAN Form. Applicant should not fill anything in the PAN Form. Our NSDL Agent will fill the PAN Form for you according to applicant detail's form.

Aadhar Copy and other required proof should be enclosed along with the PAN Form and handover to our pickup agent in a sealed envelope.

Please paste the shipment label on the top of the envelop which you will received in your email. Pickup agent will not pick your envelope if you have not paste the label on the envelope.

If you fail to handover the envelope which contains PAN form, Aadhar copy and other rquired proof to the pickup agent during the scheduled pickup date for any reason we are not responsible for it and later you have to request for new pickup date by mailing us to support@trtsorte.in and we will send a link to your email with a new pickup date. Pickup charges applicable.

Pattern PAN form will give you an idea where to paste the photos on the PAN form and where & how to be sign on the PAN Form.

PAN Form and Pattern PAN Forms will be sent to your email for your reference.

If NSDL or ITD (Income Tax Department) found any wrong information or wrong document or any fraudulent provided by you then the amount you paid will not be refunded for any reason.
